Cookie Policy

Prepared update for the version 3.0 release; publication date pending

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you use it.

2. How We Use Cookies

Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They handle session management, authentication, and security. They cannot be disabled.

Functional

These cookies remember your preferences, such as your dark/light theme choice.

Analytics

With your opt-in, PostHog measures page visits, engagement, feature use and completion or failure. Random visitor and account identifiers support returning-user and funnel reporting. Browser IP provides approximate country and region, then is discarded. Financial values, documents, chat contents, names and email addresses are not sent. Replay and automatic capture are disabled. Local feature totals and necessary diagnostics are separate.

Marketing

We currently do not use marketing cookies. If added in the future, they will require your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Authentication and other necessary providers may use cookies or similar storage. Optional PostHog measurement starts only after your separate opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we work with service providers.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences using the consent banner that appears when you first visit the site, or reopen preferences at any time using the control below. You can also change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect the Service's functionality.
